EpochCore LLC - Service Agreement Summary

1. IP Ownership. EpochCore LLC retains full intellectual property of all tools, agents, and systems built. Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the service while active.

2. Payment. Setup fee due before build start. Monthly subscription due on the 1st. Late fees after 5 days.

3. Cancellation. 30 days written notice from either party. Service stops at end of current billing cycle.

4. Data. All data processed on Cloudflare's SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. EpochCore does not sell or share client customer data. Client retains ownership of their customer data at all times.

5. Uptime. Service runs on Cloudflare's global edge network (99.9%+ uptime). Commercially reasonable availability guaranteed.

6. IBM Partnership. EpochCore is IBM Partner Plus. Certain solutions may use IBM watsonx technology, disclosed at deployment.
